alignjustifyA funeral service for Caleb Dusten Wooley of Hobbs, New Mexico, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at First United Methodist Church. Pastor Mick Cavanaugh will officiate.

alignjustifyBurial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.

alignjustifyArrangements are under the direction of Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.

alignjustifyVisitation will be Sunday from 1-6 p.m., Monday from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. with the family in attendance from 4-6 p.m. and Tuesday from 8-9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

alignjustifyMr. Wooley, 16, died July 21, 2009, at Lea Regional Medical Center. He was born August 17, 1992, in Lubbock, Texas.

alignjustifyCaleb was a Christian and had a very strong faith. He loved his family and friends and had a special bond with his big brother. He enjoyed all outdoor activities, especially riding his dirt bike and 4wheeler and driving around with his friends and hanging out at Del Norte Park. He was kind and ready to help anyone in need. He was selfless in life and death. He wanted his organs donated in the hope of helping others. He will forever live in our hearts. Caleb was a blessing to us all and his spirit will continue to bless us from Heaven.

Survivors include his parents, Charlie and Debra Iker of Hobbs and Bill and Heather Wooley of Lovington, New Mexico; brother, Corey Skiles of Hobbs; sisters, Charlsi Iker of Hobbs, and Taisia Mungia of Dallas; grandparents, Kaye Warren of Hobbs, Harold and Sharon Wooley of Hobbs, Ron and Nina Skiles of Gorman, Texas, and Fred and Rita Iker of Lindsey, Oklahoma; great-grandmother, Helen Breeding of Odessa, Texas; aunts and uncles, Greg and Bethany Skiles of Eunice, N.M., Jeremy Wooley of Hobbs, Joel and Malissa Sisk of Hobbs, and Chad and Brittany Warren of Hobbs; and counsins, Kaycee Young, Jake Skiles, Lindsey and Logan Sisk, Cooper Warren and Caden Goodgame.

alignjustifyCaleb was preceded in death by his grandfather, Johnny Warren.
