Bobby Lord

Bobby Lord, 86, beloved Father, was called to his eternal resting place on October 16, 2020. He entered this world on February 20, 1934 in Sanco, TX, born to William and Eula Lord. He is survived by his wife of the home Kay Lord, sons; Mike Lord (LeaAnn), Seminole, Texas and Larry Lord (Sheri), Monahans, Texas, daughter; Le'Ann Reaves (Stan), Eunice NM, grandchildren; Michael Lord, Seminole, Texas, Mark Lord (Christie) Seminole, Texas, Tyler Reaves, Tucson, Arizona, and Sarah Reaves, Eunice NM, great-grandchildren: Sara Wimberley Lord, Seminole, Texas and Raegin Lord, Seminole, Texas, brother Bill Lord, Eunice, NM and sister Iva Cox, Greenwood, Arkansas, brother-In-law Don Walker (Madie), Abilene, Texas, cousin; Vera Bettis (Charlie), Eunice, NM and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Jean Lord, brother Albert Lord, sisters; Mamie Welch and Mary Varnadore.

He retired with Chevron in 1991. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a huge supporter of Little League Baseball where he coached his boys and his grandson. He served on the Eunice Council for years which he took great pride in. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Eunice, NM.

He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to go to the Eunice High School Baseball Program, make checks payable to the Eunice Public Schools P.O. Box 129 Eunice, NM 88231 in memory of Bob Lord.
