Betty Teeter

Betty Colene Teeter, 72, of Hobbs died April 2, 2012, at her home. She was born August 2, 1939, in Chariton, Iowa, to Harry and Bernedette Cromer. She married Aubrey Teeter July 16, 1978, in Leesville, LA. She attended Fellowship of Believers. Cremation will take place.

Two of her favorite things were traveling and shopping. She was a truck driver with her husband and they traveled every state in the union except Maine. Betty was a very determined, strong woman who loved her family. She was a good cook and enjoyed getting together with her family, especially holidays.

Betty is survived by her husband Aubrey of Hobbs two sons, Adam Teeter of Flower Mound, TX, and Justin Teeter of Denton, TX two daughters, Cindy Rowland and Debbie Rojohn both of Hobbs brother, Charles Thomas Cromer of Russell, IA three grandchildren, Michael Lee Terrell of Des Moines, IA, Joshua Terrell of Pottsboro, TX, and Samantha Terrell of Washington and three greatgrandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, a sister, and one son, James Terrell.
