Funeral services for B. Faye Tiemann of Hobbs, New Mexico, will be 2 p.m. Friday, September 12, 2008, at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home. Brother Ronnie Newton will officiate. Burial will folshy;ow at Prairie Haven Cemetery
Visitation s 10 a.m.-7 p.m. today and 8 a.m. until servshy;ce time Friday at Chapel of Hope with the family in attendance 3:00 -5:00 p.m. today.
Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.
Mrs. Tiemann, 88, died September 10, 2008, at Good Samaritan Village. She was born May 26, 1920, in Cisco, Texas. She marshy;ried Charles O. Tiemann on October 8, 1938, in Tynan, Texas. He died December 27, 2006.
Faye worked in the medical profession as a nurse at Odessa Medical Center, Fort Stockton and Lea General Hospital. She was a nurse for Dr. Coy Stone also. Faye was a nember of TOPS and the Good Sam Travel Club. She was an excellent seamstress.
She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. survivors include a son, Carl Tiemann and wife Gladys of Hobbs, New Mexico; a daughter, Nora Shellenberger and husband Don of Odessa, Texas; two brothers, Billy White of Belen, New Mexico, and Carl White of Beeville, Texas; a sister, Sarah White of Victoria, Texas; two granddaughters, Sarah Shellenberger of Odessa, Texas, and Tammy Powers of Lovington New Mexico; a grandson, Mark Tiemann and wife Cindy of Las Cruces, New Mexico, and six gbeat -grandchildren.
Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Charles O. Tiemann; three sisters; and two brothers.
Memorial contributions may be made to Vista Care Hospice, l515 W. Calle Sur, Hobbs, New Mexico.
