Arturo Martinez

A Rosary Service for Arturo Martinez, 65, will be 6:00 p.m. Monday, November 21, 2011, at Chapel of Hope. Visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel. Arturo died November 18, 2011, at his home in Hobbs. He was born July 7, 1946, in Odem, Texas, to Eleno and Jesusa Martinez.

Arturo is survived by Cruz Garcia of Hobbs four sons, Arturo Martinez of San Antonio, TX, Daniel Martinez of Roswell, NM, Rodney Ramirez of Hobbs and Arturo Martinez of Las Vegas, NV a daughter, Yvonne Martinez of San Antonio, TX four sisters, Mary Calanchi of Austin, TX, Celia Martinez of Odem, TX, Lela Serrano of Sinton, TX, Eva Martinez of Corpus Christi, TX and brother, Claudio Martinez of Houston, TX 16 grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Isabel Martinez.
