Annie Fraley

September 20, 1944 — May 17, 2010

A funeral Mass for Annie Fraley, 65, of Hobbs will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 21, 2010, at St. Helena Catholic Church. Fr. Joseph Pacquing will officiate.

Burial will follow after the services at Prairie Haven Cemetery.

Rosary will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home, which is in charge of services.

Fraley died May 17, 2010, at Lea Regional Medical Center. She was born September 20, 1944, In Penang, Malaysia.

She married Alex Fraley on July 9, 1974, in El Paso, Texas.

She was a wonderful seamstress and cook. She loved her church. Annie was a friend to all people. Throughout her illness, she never complained. A reception will be held for family and friends at the Bob Moran Parish Hall after the graveside rites.

She was a member of St. Helena Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, Alex B. Fraley of Hobbs mother Florence Cox of Penang Malaysia son Alex T. Fraley of Hobbs brotherinlaw Lewis L. Fraley of Hobbs one brother, Norman Cox of Penang, Malaysia two sisters, Patsy and Brenda Cox of KL, Malaysia numerous nieces and nephews and two grandchildren.

Anne was preceded in death by her father, James Cox.

Memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society.
