Alton Granville

Funeral services for Alton Dean Granville of Hobbs, New Mexico, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 20, 2009, at New Creations Ministry, 620 N. Coleman, with Pastor Terrell Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.

Visitation is 1 - 8 p.m. Sunday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. until noon Tuesday at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.

Mr. Granville, 38 died October 11, 2009, in Hobbs. He was born October 26, 1970, in Hobbs. He married Cynthia Granville.

Survivors include his father, Alton Ray Granville of Portland, Oregon; his mother Patricia Silver of Hobbs; his wife, Cynthia Granville of Albuquerque, New Mexico; eight sons; and two daughters.

Alton was preceded in death by his grandparents, a son and a brother.
