Alene Fultz-Mccraw

A memorial service for Alene Dolores Fultz-McCraw of Hobbs, New Mexico, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2009, at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home with the Rev. Russell Hill, Vista Care Hospice chapshy;lain, officiating.

Cremation will take place. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of Hoshy;pe Funeral Home.

Alene, 73, died January 14, 2009, at Lea Regional Medical Center surshy;rounded by her family. She was born September 7, 1935, in Jal, New Mexico. She married Alvie McCraw on August 12, 2000, in Reno, Nevada.

Alene managed an adultsshy; only apartment complex. She had been a bowling instructor. Some of the offices she held were state president of VFW, president of the VFW Auxiliary and Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Survivors include her husshy;band, Alvie Shorty McCraw of Hobbs, New Mexico; her sister, Linda Juarez and husband Ramon of Hobbs, New Mexico; her grandchildren, Chelse and Dustin Riley Gragg of Round Rock, Texas; three stepchilshy;dren, Sharon McCraw of Lovington, New Mexico, Steve McCraw and wife Mary of Lovington, New Mexico, and Tammy Dunlap and husband Dale of Lovington, New Mexico

She was preceded in death by two husbands, William Fultz and Leon Gragg; a son, Elbert Leon Gragg; and two daughshy;ters, Jackie Gail Gragg and Tawna K. Gragg.

Service
