Albert Miller

Albert Miller, born January 16, 1934 in Georgetown, Texas, to William Clarence Miller and Willie Mae Sedwick Miller, passed from this life on Saturday, December 14, 2013 in Hobbs.
Albert was a long time resident of Hobbs.
Surviving family members are his companion and friend of 25 years, Shirley Jacobs daughters Nichole Banire of Lubbock and Brenda Dailey of Dallas sister Dorris husband Milton of Marietta, Oklahoma, brother Roy wife Jesse of San Diego stepdaughters Tanya Rockmore of Hobbs and Melinda Willey Bill of El Paso and a host of relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death are his parents brothers William, Chester, Samuel and Joseph and sisters Stella Louise Miller and Mae Louise Askew.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Wed, December 18, 2013, and Thursday morning from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday, Dec 19, 2013 at St. Johns Baptist Church, 1006 E. Midwest in Hobbs. Rev. B.J. Choice, Sr. will officiate. Burial service will take place afterward at Prairie Haven Memorial Park in Hobbs.
