Sandra and Kenny. Megan and I are so sorry for your loss of Raoul. I was thinking about him and realized that you and him were the first people I met when I moved to Hobbs so many years ago. I remembered being at the park with Marshal and "Fritz" while they worked the dog. It was the start of a great friendship. Love to both of you.

A very dear friend and fellow police officer for whom words cannot even begin to express our loss. Those of us who were fortunate to know and love Raoul will never forget what having him in our lives meant to us. To say he will be missed seems so understated.
