Teresa Ellen Romine-Neiman (Grammy) of Hobbs, NM formally of Robert Lee TX, peacefully passed and went to be with the Lord on February 16, 2018. She was born in Lovington NM on March 19, 1961 and grew up in Tatum, NM. Teresa was a loving person who never met a stranger. She worked many years as a waitress and everyone was her friend. Not only was she a dedicated Grammy who spoiled her grandkids but also "adopted" many others. Later in life she married her soul-mate Doc and they enjoyed many years together.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dennis Neiman (Doc), her parents Cuin and Mary Elaine Norvell, Harley Romine, her brother Rick Norvell and her granddaughter Arilyn Martin.

She is survived by her daughter Amber Martin and husband Kyle, with their three daughters Charidy, Rylie and Kerri, her son Kent Freeman, five South Dakota kids and many grandkids. She is also survived by four brothers, one sister and large extended family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Teresa was one of the most loving and kind people I have ever met. I will always be blessed by her crossing my path in this lifetime on Earth. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers that God will bless and comfort you in this most difficult time.

Amber I want to tell you how sorry I am about your mother. I didn’t realize that she was your mom till I read the later write up. I also just found out last night that Ronnie Norvell was her brother and Your uncle. Ronnie and Mike are really good friends and worked together at Key Energy. Also Ronnie’s wife and I went to school together and graduated the same year and hung around together while at NMJC. I wish I had known all this earlier but Ronnie called to talk to Mike last night and told him. You and Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. ❤️🙏🏻

    My Dearest Mama T,

I'm going to miss our chats, your amazingly bright outlook on life no matter what was thrown at you, and your unconditional love.

I can picture you now, sitting on the porch in Heaven with Dad by your side. I love you always. Give him a kiss for me. xoxo

    Love,
One of your South Dakota kids

To the family, my heartfelt condolences for your loss of your loved one. As you cope with your loss, may you also find comfort in knowing that God promises to put an end to all the things that have plagued mankind for centuries including death (Revelation 21:3,4). May these promises from God's word, the Bible give you comfort now and real hope for the future. My deepest sympathy.
